How do I clean my vehicle after Hält has been applied?

We ask that you take reasonable care of your vehicle, including a regular washing, cleaning, vacuuming and general maintenance regimen.
We also ask that spills and contaminants be removed as soon as possible.

What products do you recommend for washing my car?

Please use any high quality, non-abrasive car soap. For best results we recommend the Hält Smart Wash.

Can I wax my vehicle?

Yes, you can use a non-abrasive carnauba wax applied by hand. Waxing is not required to maintain your warranty.

Will I need Hält reapplied before the end of my warranty?

No there is no need for reapplication.

Can I take my car to a drive-through car wash?

Yes, you can use a drive through car wash, as long as it is a “Touch-less” or Brush-less” car wash.

Can I wash my vehicle at a “hand car wash”?

Absolutely, this type of wash is highly recommended.

How do I file a claim?

Please refer to your warranty to see what is and is not covered. Please try to remove any staining before contacting a Hält Claims agent.

Can I have Hält reapplied after my warranty is completed?
